1.Who we are

Super Clean is a cleaning company operating in Kuwait, Commercial Registration No. 426174 and Commercial License No. 2023/13588 (referred to here as “Super Clean”, “we” or “us”).

2.Our services

We provide cleaning for apartments, homes, villas, offices, shops, chalets and diwaniyas, plus sofa, carpet and rug, curtain, kitchen, AC, floor and window cleaning, and the other services shown on this website.

Photos and videos on the website are for illustration. Results can vary with the condition of the property and materials.

3.Booking and confirmation

• You can book through the booking form on our website, which opens a WhatsApp chat with our team, or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Sending a booking request does not confirm it. A booking is confirmed only once we confirm the appointment with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Our working hours are Saturday to Thursday, 10 AM to 10 PM. We are closed on Fridays.
• Times shown in the booking form are approximate and depend on availability. We may contact you to suggest another time.

4.Inspection and pricing

• We offer a free inspection where needed to estimate the work.
• The final price is agreed with you before work starts, based on the inspection or the details you send us.
• If you ask for extra work during the visit, or the job differs from what was agreed, we will agree any price change with you before doing it.

5.Payment

Payment is made after the job is completed, in cash or by KNET, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

6.Cancelling or rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time by sending us a WhatsApp message on +965 97505006, free of charge. Please let us know as early as you can so we can arrange our team’s schedule.

Occasionally we may need to change an appointment for reasons outside our control. If so, we will contact you to arrange a new time.

7.Your responsibilities

• Give us access to the property at the agreed time, with an adult (or someone on your behalf) present when the work starts and finishes.
• Provide the water and electricity needed for the job.
• Put away valuables, cash, jewellery, important documents and fragile items before our team arrives.
• Tell us in advance about any delicate surfaces, materials or items that need special care, and about any existing damage.
• Provide a safe working environment for our team. We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

8.Quality guarantee

We aim for the best result. If you are not happy with any part of the work, tell us within 24 hours of the service, with photos showing the issue, and we will come back to fix the missed areas at no extra cost.

Some old or permanent stains and damage may not come out completely, even with professional cleaning. Where possible, we will tell you before we start.

9.Damage and liability

• Our team works carefully. If anything is damaged during the work, please tell us within 24 hours of the service, with photos of the damage.
• We review each case fairly and will contact you to reach a suitable solution.
• We are not responsible for: damage that existed before the visit; wear and tear or the age of items; damage caused by faulty installation or manufacturing; valuables that were not put away; or damage not reported within the time above.

10.Using this website

The text, photos, videos and logos on this website belong to Super Clean and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission. We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice.

11.Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the date it was last updated, and applies to bookings made after it is posted.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the Kuwaiti courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We always aim to resolve any concern amicably, so please contact us first.
