1.Who we are

Super Clean is a cleaning company in Kuwait (Commercial Registration No. 426174, Commercial License No. 2023/13588) and is responsible for the information described in this policy.

2.Information we collect

When you book

The booking form on our website does not save any data on our servers. When you tap “Book on WhatsApp”, it prepares a message with your request (the service, the options you chose, your governorate and preferred time), which only reaches us if you send it from WhatsApp.

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your phone number and the name shown on your WhatsApp, plus anything you send us, such as your address, photos and service details.

When you browse the website

We use Meta Pixel from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and may use Google Analytics. These tools collect technical information about your visit, such as your device and browser type, the pages you view, the buttons you tap (such as the booking, WhatsApp and call buttons) and your approximate IP address, using cookies or similar technologies.

Our hosting and security providers (such as Cloudflare) also keep standard technical logs to secure and run the website.

3.How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and arrange and confirm your booking.
• To provide the service and contact you about your appointment or any follow-up.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To measure how our ads perform on Meta and Google platforms and show relevant ads.
• To meet legal and accounting requirements.

4.Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. Some information may be shared with:

• Service providers we rely on to run our business, such as WhatsApp (Meta), our website host, Cloudflare, and analytics and advertising tools (Meta and Google).
• Government authorities, if we are required to by law.

Some of this information may be processed outside Kuwait by these providers, under their own policies.

5.Cookies and your choices

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work normally. You can also control the ads you see through Ad Preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account, and in your Google account’s ad settings.

6.How long we keep information

We keep booking conversations and service details for as long as needed to provide and follow up on the service, and for any period required by law or for accounting, after which we delete them or stop using them.

7.Your rights

You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Send us your request on WhatsApp and we will reply as soon as possible.

8.Keeping information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to the team members who handle bookings and services. However, no method of electronic transfer or storage is completely secure.

9.Bookings by adults

Our services are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information about children. Bookings must be made by an adult.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
